ACTIVITIES

Wedding guests are invited to participate in the many outdoor regularly scheduled activities available at Mountain Lake, as well as a few special events for our guests. Directions to the tennis, pickleball & croquet courts may be found after the activities list below. Golf tee-times are required ahead of time (including Men’s Day), and please make every effort to sign-up for other scheduled activities in advance. This will ensure the best Mountain Lake experience. Be sure to reference the Wood-Donaldson wedding when signing up for either general or scheduled activities.

Tennis 9:00am: Double’s Drills
Tennis 3:00pm: Low Impact Tennis Clinic

Friday, April 19

Tennis 9:00am: Ladies Tennis Clinic
Pickleball 11:00am: Ladies Drop-in Clinic
Golf 12:30pm: Men’s Day - all male guests are welcome to play Men’s Day and may indicate if they have a partner or group they wish to play with.
Croquet 2:00pm: The Wood-Donaldson KING OF THE COURT tournament
- USA National Doubles Champions and members of the United States Croquet team, Kyle and David Maloof will provide a quick lesson to all participants on the game of ‘golf croquet’ and then a fun, ‘King of the Court’ tournament. Whites - or mostly white - required.

Saturday, April 20

Golf 10:00am: Ladies’ Day - Tee Times will be available for a special format (scramble or other), 9 holes.
Pickleball 10:00am: Wood-Donaldson Wedding Round Robin

DIRECTIONS

Croquet Courts:
Once you enter the Front Gate, continue straight through the first stop sign. The Colony House will be on your right, and the croquet courts are just past it down the hill on the right. You may park on either side of the road and walk down the hill.

Tennis Courts:
Once you enter the Front Gate, continue straight through the first stop sign. The Colony House will be on your right. Turn left in front of the Colony House by the first tee. The road veers to the left, and the tennis courts will be on your right with a parking lot in front.

Golf House from the Front Gate:

Once you enter the gate, continue straight through the first stop sign. The Golf House is immediately to your left once and the Colony House is just past on the right. There are parking spaces available directly in front of the Golf House as well as across from the Colony House.

A private entrance from Mountain Lake allows you to walk up and enjoy this spectacular botanical gardens, bell tower and café.
